By accessing the website, submitting information, placing an order, or using any PRAMIM service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Each product is created based on the words, selections, and information submitted by the customer.

3. Nature of the service
PRAMIM provides customized digital audio content intended for reflection, repetition, inner change, and personal development.

4. Eligibility
PRAMIM is intended for adults only.
By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

5. Customized digital product
All PRAMIM products are custom-made based on customer input.

6. Orders and production
An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully received.
For the purposes of these Terms, production is deemed to start 24 hours after the order is placed.
PRAMIM reserves the right to refuse, pause, or cancel an order in cases of incomplete information, abuse, suspected fraud, technical impossibility, prohibited content, or violation of these Terms.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal or other payment methods shown at checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the selected PRAMIM service.
Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Because PRAMIM products are customized digital products, the following rule applies:
• a customer may cancel only before production starts;
• once production has started, no refund is available;
• after delivery, no refund is available.
If PRAMIM fails to deliver the product at all, PRAMIM may issue a refund.
If a delivered file is corrupted or unusable, PRAMIM may provide a replacement file or a new download link instead of a refund.
These rules apply except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Consumer-protection rules can override contract wording in some jurisdictions, and EU law in particular imposes fairness and transparency rules in consumer contracts.
9. Delivery
PRAMIM delivers the finished product by email, with a link allowing the customer to download the files.
The files will remain available through that link for 30 days, after which they may be deleted.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise on the website or at checkout.
PRAMIM is not liable for delays caused by incomplete customer input, third-party platforms, payment issues, internet problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Revisions
PRAMIM does not offer revisions.
Customers are responsible for submitting their intended selections and information accurately before production begins.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the PRAMIM website, including text, branding, visuals, audio structures, design, logos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to One Shot Consulting LLC / PRAMIM.
The personalized audio delivered to you is licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
You may share it privately with family or friends, but you may not, without prior written permission:

• resell it;
• distribute it commercially;
• publish it for commercial use;
• modify it for commercial use; or
• use PRAMIM materials as your own.
12. User submissions
If you submit words, lines, answers, forms, recordings, or other materials to PRAMIM, you confirm that:

• they do not infringe the rights of others;
• they are not unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading;
• they do not impersonate another person;

You retain ownership of your submitted content, but you grant PRAMIM the right to use it as necessary to create, deliver, and support your personalized order.
13. Contractor fulfillment
PRAMIM may use contractors or service providers to help fulfill the service.
Contractors will only access customer-submitted material if and when truly necessary to assemble or produce the customized audio. PRAMIM remains the contracting party with the customer.
14. Privacy and data
PRAMIM may collect and process personal data such as your name, email address, order information, and the content you voluntarily submit.
This data is processed by One Shot Consulting LLC for the purpose of operating the service, fulfilling orders, customer support, communications, and related business operations.
Customer submissions and related files may be retained for up to 30 days, after which they may be deleted, except where longer retention is necessary for legal, security, operational, or dispute-resolution purposes.
If PRAMIM offers services to individuals in jurisdictions with mandatory data-protection laws, those laws may still apply based on territorial scope, including where goods or services are offered to individuals in those jurisdictions.
